Role: Oracle Fusion SCM Lead
Location: Remote
Experience: 15-20 years only (hands-on SCM is a must)
Must include candidate LinkedIn profile with submission
Key Requirements:
- 12+ years of progressive experience in ERP and Supply Chain Management systems
- At least 4+ full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM end-to-end implementations as Lead Architect or Principal Functional Lead
- Extensive hands-on experience configuring business processes using Functional Setup Manager (FSM)
- Proven track record with multi-country, global rollout template strategy
Job Description Highlights:
1. Architectural Leadership & End-to-End Design
- Architect multi-country, multi-entity Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM solutions across Procurement, Order Management, Supply Chain Planning, Inventory, Logistics, and Manufacturing
- Lead business visioning/discovery workshops, driving adoption of Oracle Modern Best Practices (OMBP)
- Ensure architectural consistency between Fusion SCM and Fusion ERP Financials (AP, AR, GL, Cost Accounting), CX, and HCM
2. Cloud Integration, Data Strategy & Extensibility
- Define integration strategy using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and Event Grid
- Architect data migration framework using FBDI, HDL, and REST APIs
- Formulate clean core extensibility strategy using VBCS, APEX, or OIC
3. Governance, Release & Strategy Management
- Establish Solution Architecture Review Board (SARB); review FDD/TDD documents
- Manage Oracle Quarterly Cloud Update readiness (e.g., 26A, 26B) and impact analysis
- Design reporting/analytics using OTBI, BIP, and FDI/BICC
4. Enterprise Advisory & Practice Building
- Engage CXO stakeholders on architectural trade-offs, ROI, and roadmaps
- Lead pre-sales/RFP architectural efforts, LOE sizing, and risk mitigation

- O2C: Order Management, GOP, Configurator, Advanced Pricing, Channel Revenue Management
- S2P: Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Procurement Contracts, Spend Classification
- Logistics & Trade: GTM Cloud, WMS Cloud
- P2P: Supply Chain Planning (Demand, Supply, S&OP), Discrete & Process Manufacturing, Maintenance Cloud, Quality Management
- Inventory & Execution: Inventory Management, Receiving, Subinventory Management, Product Hub (PIM), Cost Management
