Systems Analyst

Location : Westlake, TX. Local candidates only. Remote every other week.

Duration : 12 months

Interview process : Onsite one interview

Someone that was a developer in the past would be best fit.
The Role
As a Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging business and technology, driving analysis, solution design, and delivery for complex, data-intensive systems. You will work closely with stakeholders, including business partners, business analysts, solution architects, and engineering teams, to translate complex requirements into well-defined, scalable solutions. You will also contribute to improving system quality, data integrity, and overall platform performance..
Must Have:

4-6 years of experience in systems analyst, application lifecycle management, and production support
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business rules (e.g., pension calculations, eligibility, compliance) and translate them into technical solutions
Professional Communications
Understanding technical concepts such as Rest, Soap and API s
Documentation
Creating Epic and User stories -Analytical skills

Defined Benefits and Financial record keeping
