Business Systems Analyst - TM Forum-Fully Remote !!

Candidates must reside in New York state, New Jersey, or Massachusetts, Connecticut,or Washington State.   

For canddiates residing within daly commuting distance to Bethpage NY, the position is hybrid, 3 days per week onsite in Bethpage NY.

Compensation - $ 40.00 per hour W2, $ 48.00 per hour C2C.

Partner closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, architects, and product owners, building relationships that turn ideas into results.

Turn Data Into Insight:
Define BI reports and data analysis that give business customers the clarity they need to make smart decisions.

Required Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in CS or related field preferred.
Experience: 5+ years as a Business Analyst, experience with web/GUI apps, large/mid-size environments.
Technical Skills: Experience with, workflow automation, basic scripting, SQL/reporting, Agentic AI, representative facing applications, CRM
Methodologies: Familiarity with TeleManagement Forum (TM Forum), Agile, industry best practices, and standards.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership.
