Qualifications
5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, or in a related role supporting sales operations, territory management, or business process improvement.
Experience with or exposure to Salesforce; familiarity with Salesforce administration and data management is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly understand business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting Sales Operations, Territory Management, or related business functions is preferred.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of territory planning methodologies and account ownership models.
Experience working with CRM systems and sales process optimization.
Ability to interpret business requirements and recommend scalable operational solutions.
