Our client seeks a Product Manager / Business Systems Analyst with deep Kyriba Treasury expertise to partner with Treasury, Finance Transformation, Engineering, and vendors. The role will translate business requirements into scalable Kyriba solutions across configuration, integrations, reporting, testing, and operational workflows while driving roadmap, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary technology counterpart to Treasury, Treasury Operations, and Finance stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and process reviews to capture needs and future-state objectives.
  • Build relationships across Treasury, Product Management, Engineering, Finance Systems, and vendors.
  • Translate treasury business requirements into clear product, functional, and technical specifications.
  • Own the product backlog and solution roadmap for Kyriba initiatives.
  • Lead requirements elicitation, documentation, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Create user stories, process flows, business requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Drive solution design and ensure alignment between business goals and technology capabilities.
  • Partner on Kyriba configuration and feature enablement across Cash Management, Forecasting, Payments, BAM, Financial Transactions, Treasury Accounting, In-House Banking, and Reporting.
  • Analyze current and future-state processes and recommend best practices leveraging standard Kyriba functionality.
  • Lead UAT planning, execution, defect management, and business sign-off.
  • Develop test strategies, cases, traceability, and validation plans.
  • Coordinate testing across business and technical teams.
  • Ensure successful deployment, hypercare, and production stabilization.
  • Partner with engineering on integrations between Kyriba and enterprise systems.
  • Analyze source systems, interfaces, data flows, and reporting requirements.
  • Validate data quality, reconciliation processes, and operational workflows.
  • Work with Finance Systems, ERP, and reporting teams to ensure end-to-end integrity.
  • Track risks, dependencies, issues, and decisions across initiatives.
  • Provide executive-ready status reporting and stakeholder communications.
  • Support prioritization and sequencing of treasury technology initiatives.
  • Coordinate across multiple workstreams and delivery teams.

Experience Requirements:
  • 7+ years as a Product Manager, Business Systems Analyst, Product Owner, or Functional Lead.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Kyriba experience.
  • Experience supporting Treasury, Treasury Operations, Cash Management, or Corporate Finance.
  • Strong requirements gathering and process documentation skills.
  • Experience leading UAT, testing, validation, and release activities.
  • Proven ability to bridge business and technical audiences.
  • Experience in Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Preferred: experience with large-scale Kyriba implementations or treasury transformations.
  • Preferred knowledge of cash positioning, liquidity management, payments, BAM, treasury accounting, financial transactions, and forecasting.
  • Preferred experience integrating Kyriba with ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, or NetSuite.
  • Preferred experience within a large enterprise finance or technology organization.
  • Preferred certifications: PMP, CBAP, CSPO, SAFe, or Agile.
