Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Pega Developer with 13+ years of experience to design, develop, and maintain Pega-based applications. The candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable and effective solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain applications using Pega PRPC.
Understand business requirements and convert them into Pega solutions.
Design workflows, case types, UI components, and business rules.
Develop and configure Pega applications, integrations, and APIs.
Work with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other developers.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
Support application enhancements and production issues.
Participate in code reviews and ensure development standards are followed.
Prepare technical documentation as required.
Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and development activities.

Required Skills

13+ years of IT experience with strong experience in Pega development.
Hands-on experience with Pega PRPC.
Strong knowledge of Pega Case Management, Workflows, Rules, and UI.
Experience with Pega integration, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services.
Good understanding of SQL and databases.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred

Pega CSA / CSSA certification is a plus.
Experience with Pega versions 8.x or higher.
Knowledge of Pega Cloud and enterprise application integration is a plus.
