6+ years of hands-on experience in Pega RPA development and support
Strong hands-on experience with Pega Robotics Studio
Experience designing, developing, testing, debugging, and implementing Pega RPA solutions
Experience creating and maintaining RPA workflows, scripts, and business rules
Experience integrating Pega RPA with enterprise applications and systems
Strong programming experience in C#, .NET, or Java
Experience understanding business requirements and working with Business Analysts and Process Owners
Experience monitoring bot performance and improving automation efficiency and stability
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and production support experience
Experience with Incident Management, Change Management, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Experience preparing and maintaining Knowledge Base (KB) articles
Experience supporting production RPA bots and resolving issues
Ability to provide on-call and weekend support when required
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Pega Certified Robotics System Architect (CRSA) certification is preferred
Experience with Pega Robotics migration and upgrade projects
Exposure to UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is preferred
Knowledge of PowerShell, VBScript, or Python is preferred
