Job Description:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Design and develop enterprise healthcare applications using Pega.
Develop complex Oracle queries, packages, procedures, views, and materialized views.
Optimize database performance and tune high-volume claims processing transactions.
Work with large healthcare datasets involving Members, Providers, Claims, Benefits, and Authorizations.
Develop and support real-time and batch integrations between Pega and Oracle systems.
Create data models and database designs supporting healthcare workflows.
Build and optimize Pega Case Types, Flows, Decision Rules, and SLAs.
Troubleshoot production issues involving both application and database layers.
Participate in architecture discussions and database design reviews.
Support Agile development, testing, deployment, and release activities.
