Job Title: IT Systems Analyst III

Location: Lawrenceville, GA 30046 (100% Onsite)

Job Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Systems Analyst III to join their End User Services team. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient functioning of the organization's IT infrastructure by providing high-quality technical support to end-users. The ideal candidate brings strong troubleshooting skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely hardware and software support
Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems, applications, and peripheral devices
Conduct hardware diagnostics; perform upgrades and replacements as needed
Collaborate with the IT team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
Implement and enforce security measures to protect systems and data in compliance with IT policies
Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and hardware/software inventory
Create and update documentation for IT processes, troubleshooting procedures, and user guides
Provide basic end-user training on IT concepts, applications, and best practices

Required Skills

Desktop and laptop hardware/software troubleshooting
OS installation, configuration, and patch management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors

Preferred Skills

5+ years of enterprise-level desktop support experience
Experience with complex system implementations or upgrades
Requirements gathering and business process analysis
Proven ability to handle high-impact, complex issues

Location & Work Model

This is a fully onsite role based in Lawrenceville, GA 30046. Remote work is not available.
