responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Implements, modifies, tests and administers complex business systems and applications.
- Troubleshoots and resolves issues (both user reported and vendor reported)
- Helps manage service incidents and requests
- Serves as a subject matter expert for Epic technical configuration and integrations.
- Conducts analysis of business and users needs to provide appropriate systems solutions.
- Lead meetings and direct team problem solving sessions.
- Manages medium and large projects.
- Supports maintenance and operations of Epic Ambulatory applications including service requests and tickets
- Be the point of contact for technical questions or issues related to Epic applications
- Communicates internally and externally and with all levels of employees including senior management.
- Collaborates with team members and teams from other capability sub-domains to problem solve or manage projects
- Manages multiple projects with varying timeframes
