V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring a Systems Analyst III for our premier client in New York, New York.

Education and Experience »

4+ years of experience in product management

Knowledge and Skills:

Prior experience working on mobile products is strongly preferred, with a solid understanding of mobile development cycles, platform considerations (iOS and/or Android), and mobile-first user experience principles.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and navigate cross-functional team dynamics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable updates.
Self-directed with excellent organizational skills; comfortable operating in a consulting or interim capacity.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for client teams, fielding inquiries, providing timely responses, and ensuring a seamless communication experience throughout the engagement.
Maintain continuity across ongoing product initiatives by staying closely aligned with existing documentation, roadmaps, and team workflows.
Build and sustain strong working relationships with client stakeholders, representing the product team with professionalism and clarity.
Synthesize and escalate key client requirements, feedback, and blockers to the Lead Product Manager, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Develop and maintain high-quality presentation materials, including decks and supporting content, for client meetings and business stakeholder reviews.
