Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, build, and implementation of AWS Landing Zones supporting enterprise technology initiatives
Define and deploy secure, scalable, and resilient AWS infrastructure aligned with enterprise standards and governance requirements
Develop foundational AWS services, including networking, identity and access management, security controls, monitoring, logging, and automation capabilities
Support the migration and integration of business workloads into enterprise AWS platforms
Partner with Cloud Architects and cross-functional engineering teams to design and implement target-state cloud infrastructure solutions
Design, develop, and maintain reusable Terraform modules and infrastructure templates
Drive infrastructure automation using Terraform, GitLab CI/CD pipelines, and self-service deployment tooling
Ensure AWS platform provisioning aligns with enterprise delivery processes and policy enforcement frameworks
Contribute to continuous improvement of cloud engineering standards, tooling, and automation practices
Support and enhance existing AWS environments used by business unit partners
Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and provide technical leadership during incident response and platform upgrades
Ensure operational excellence through monitoring, performance optimization, security reviews, and infrastructure lifecycle management
Collaborate with cloud platform teams to integrate AWS services with existing Azure-based platforms where required
Support hybrid and multi-cloud strategies across AWS and Azure environments
Contribute to cloud engineering initiatives involving Google Cloud Platform, Databricks, and Cloudflare technologies as business needs evolve
Design cloud solutions that meet applicable security, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Implement security controls and governance frameworks appropriate for highly regulated environments
Partner with security teams to ensure cloud environments adhere to enterprise policies and industry best practices
