Contact Center Architect (Healthcare & Cloud Telephony)

Introduction:

The Contact Center Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing contact center solutions for healthcare organizations utilizing cloud telephony technology. They will work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure that the contact center meets the specific needs and requirements of the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement contact center solutions using Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud telephony technology
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to gather requirements and design contact center architecture
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on cloud computing and telephony best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the contact center architecture
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in contact center technology
• Document design decisions, configurations, and processes

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations
• Knowledge of cloud computing principles
• Experience with telephony systems

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in the healthcare industry
• Certifications in AWS or related technologies
• Experience with Amazon Connect, Lex, and Lambda
