Salesforce Development:

- Implement complex business logic through flows, triggers, process builders, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Maintain system performance, conduct unit testing, and perform code reviews to adhere to Salesforce best practices.
DevOps & Release Management:
- Build, maintain, and enhance automated CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using tools like Salesforce CLI (sf/sfdx), Copado, Gearset, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- Manage sandbox environments, branching strategies (Git), release deployments, and environment syncs across dev, QA, staging, and production.
- Drive automated testing, static code analysis (e.g., PMD, SonarQube), and vulnerability assessments within the release pipeline.
Collaboration & Maintenance:
- Partner with Salesforce Architects, Business Analysts, and QA teams to refine technical user stories.
- Troubleshoot production issues, trace environment deployment failures, and optimize release velocity.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience along with 1 2+ years specializing in Salesforce DevOps and release automation.
Core Salesforce Skills: Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, SOQL, REST/SOAP Web Services.
DevOps Tools: Git/GitHub/GitLab, Copado, Gearset, Flosum, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
Platform Tools: Salesforce CLI, Metadata API, Scratch Orgs, Package Deployment (2GP).
