🔧 Key Responsibilities
Receive, investigate, and triage technical issues reported by vehicle operators and internal teams.
Create, manage, and update tickets using Jira, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing platforms.
Follow established troubleshooting procedures and knowledge-base documentation.
Escalate hardware, software, and vehicle-related issues to appropriate engineering or service teams.
Accurately document incidents, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps.
Monitor recurring issues and trends and provide reports to leadership and engineering teams.
Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and operations teams to support fleet uptime and reliability.
Provide professional customer support through phone, chat, email, and virtual communication channels.
Prepare detailed shift handoff reports to ensure operational continuity.
✅ Required Qualifications
3 - 5 years of experience in:
Technical Support
Help Desk / Service Desk
Customer Support
IT Operations
Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, or similar ticketing platforms.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience supporting customers through phone, chat, email, or remote support tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
Experience in automotive, fleet operations, autonomous vehicles, robotics, or technology environments.
Familiarity with incident management and escalation procedures.
Experience working with knowledge bases and troubleshooting documentation.
Experience with Confluence, PagerDuty, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace.
Background supporting technical products, software applications, or operational systems.

The ideal candidate will have a background in technical support, help desk, service desk, or IT operations and be comfortable troubleshooting technical issues, managing tickets, supporting customers, documenting incidents, and collaborating with engineering teams.
