ERP Environment: Oracle EBS, with migration toward Oracle Fusion Cloud

We are seeking a Senior Oracle EBS Business Systems Analyst with strong experience supporting Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes.

The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping analyze business requirements, improve ERP processes, troubleshoot issues, and support ongoing Oracle initiatives. The organization is also preparing to move toward Oracle Fusion Cloud, so experience with or exposure to Fusion/Cloud migration is highly valuable.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS solutions.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and PLM business teams to understand processes and system needs.
• Support Oracle EBS modules and related business applications.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and system functionality.
• Gather, document, and analyze functional requirements.
• Create functional specifications and work with technical teams on solutions.
• Perform system testing, integration testing, UAT, and issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
• Support ERP enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and implementations.
• Work with business users to identify gaps between current processes and desired functionality.
• Assist with data analysis, reporting, and system validation.
• Participate in Oracle Fusion Cloud migration and transformation initiatives.
• Help evaluate existing Oracle EBS functionality and determine future-state Fusion Cloud solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across IT, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Product Development.

• Strong experience as an Oracle EBS Business Systems Analyst / Functional Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS.
• Strong functional knowledge of Manufacturing processes.
• Strong experience with Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes and system integrations.
• Experience gathering requirements and creating functional specifications.
• Strong experience with testing, UAT, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work directly with business users and technical teams.

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Experience participating in an Oracle EBS-to-Fusion Cloud migration.
• Experience with Oracle Manufacturing, SCM, and PLM Cloud modules.
• Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, or transformation projects.
• Strong process-improvement and analytical skills.
