Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Oracle EBS/Fusion Business Systems Analyst with strong Manufacturing experience to support business applications, process improvements, and Oracle ERP initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements and technical solutions across Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document manufacturing business processes, requirements, and system workflows.
- Provide functional expertise across Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
- Support Manufacturing, Inventory, BOM, WIP, Costing, Purchasing, and Order Management processes.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure and support Oracle applications while identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Lead requirements gathering, gap analysis, testing, UAT, and production support activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, interfaces, data conversions, and customizations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with business and technical teams for timely resolution.
- Support Oracle ERP implementations, upgrades, migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare functional documentation, test cases, process flows, and user training materials.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as an Oracle Business Systems/Functional Analyst.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Strong Oracle Manufacturing functional knowledge.
- Experience with BOM, WIP, Inventory, Costing, MRP/Planning, Purchasing, and Order Management.
- Strong business requirements, functional analysis, and SDLC experience.
- Experience with Oracle integrations, interfaces, reporting, and data migration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in manufacturing or supply-chain environments
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing.
- Oracle EBS-to-Fusion migration or transformation experience.
- Knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher, REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle integration technologies.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
