DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Responsible for elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business requirements.
• Research and exploration of user requirements, costs, and benefits in support of documentation required for the demand management process.
• Responsible for analyzing the business needs to identify new processes and process improvements that will meet those needs.
• Documents current business processes and models to define requirements and/or gaps.
• Analyze detailed system factors including input/output requirements, information and paper flow, hardware, and software needs.
• Analyze “soft" system factors including roles, responsibilities, policy, culture, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or another related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience leading data migration requirements from legacy systems into a new ERP (Sage X3) environment
• Strong hands-on expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and management, with emphasis on data mapping, transformation rules, and validation
• Deep understanding of data structures, data quality, and migration best practices, with the ability to identify gaps and risks early
• Self-driven and accountable professional with strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to drive outcomes with minimal oversight
• Working knowledge of Confluence and JIRA.
• Experience in any of the following business areas is desired: Sales operations, order entry, accounting, finance, procurement, warehouse operations, order management, and order fulfillment.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ business analysis or systems analysis experience is preferred.
• Bonus: Sage X3 experience (ERP).

The organization is seeking a technology architecture specialist to work on various cloud integration projects. The environments are primarily composed of Microsoft technologies. The majority of systems are hosted in the client's data centers; however, several projects include cloud services as well as SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting application development teams in identifying their Azure infrastructure needs and acting as the main point of contact for infrastructure matters;
- Propose target architectures, document decisions, prepare implementation notes, lead refinement workshops and coordinate work with delivery teams;
- Managing requests to open flows: collecting requirements, validation, documentation, approvals, modifying IaC code (Pull request) and monitoring deployment;
- Contribute to governance and delivery processes: security validations, CAB changes, dependency tracking, deployment coordination and documentation updates;
- Conduct infrastructure improvement studies: strengthening cybersecurity posture, resilience, obsolescence, cost optimization, standardization and automation.
Requirements and qualifications
In addition to the criteria of the Framework Agreement, the resource must have experience in projects where they perform:
- The architecture and operation of cloud-based technology services, especially under Azure;
- The development and implementation of technological services linked to business and technological projects;
- The design, documentation, and evolution of secure, resilient, and industrialized cloud solutions, in collaboration with application, security, network, operations, and delivery teams.

- Azure and hybrid networking: Azure Virtual Network, routing, BGP, ExpressRoute , VPN, Azure Firewall, NSG, Private Endpoint, Private DNS, Application Gateway;
- Application: Application Gateway, App Services, Function App, VM, Storage Account;
- Security and identity: Microsoft Entra ID, EnterpriseApp , SPN, RBAC, Managed Identities , OpenID Connect , SAML, Defender for Cloud, secrets management;
- Infrastructure as Code and automation: Git, branches, pull requests, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, modules, state files, as well as knowledge of PowerShell and Ansible;
- Documentation and communication: production of architecture diagrams, Markdown documentation, clear implementation notes, facilitation of refinement workshops and popularization among stakeholders;
- Traditional infrastructure: good understanding of On- Premise environments, network, switching, routing, firewall and hybrid integration.
Strengths:
- Knowledge of Azure Databricks and ETL and BI architectures is a plus;
- Observability and exploitation: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, alerts, dashboards, KQL, logging, monitoring and integration with operational processes;
- FinOps: cost monitoring, variance analysis, tagging, budgets, reservations, optimization recommendations and support for teams in controlling Azure costs;
- An Azure certification (such as AZ305 Azure Solution Architect).
