Our client seeks a Technology Product Manager - ERP Transformation to lead a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle Enterprise Performance Management transformation. The role owns the roadmap, aligns business and technology priorities, oversees delivery, and drives adoption across Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, and related functions. The leader will translate strategic objectives into execution in partnership with executive stakeholders, system integrators, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities: - Define and own the end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM transformation strategy and roadmap.
- Serve as the organizational subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Fusion Financials, and Oracle EPM capabilities.
- Partner with executive leadership to establish transformation goals, success metrics, governance structures, and value realization plans.
- Drive enterprise-wide alignment across Finance, Accounting, Technology, Operations, Procurement, and external implementation partners.
- Develop and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and business case for ERP modernization initiatives.
- Prioritize business requirements and translate strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans.
- Facilitate executive workshops, requirements sessions, and process design discussions.
- Ensure future-state business processes align with Oracle best practices and enterprise objectives.
- Lead all phases of the ERP lifecycle including assessment and strategy, solution design, build and configuration oversight, data conversion and migration, integrations, testing and quality assurance, cutover and deployment, and hypercare and stabilization.
- Coordinate activities across internal teams, implementation partners, and third-party vendors.
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, budget, and overall program health.
- Provide domain expertise on Oracle Fusion Financials, Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Planning and Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, Account Reconciliation, and Close Management.
- Guide decisions regarding architecture, integrations, reporting, master data, and governance.
- Evaluate solution tradeoffs and recommend scalable enterprise approaches.
- Establish strong relationships with executive sponsors, finance leadership, business process owners, and technology leaders.
- Lead steering committee updates and executive communications.
- Drive organizational readiness, training, adoption, and change management strategies.
- Implement governance processes, program controls, and transformation metrics.
- Ensure delivery follows established project management, Agile, or hybrid methodologies.
- Lead risk management activities and mitigation planning and drive continuous improvement and post-go-live optimization initiatives.
Experience Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years leading large-scale ERP, Finance Transformation, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
- 5+ years in Product Management, Program Management, Transformation Office, PMO, or related leadership roles.
- Proven leadership of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM solutions.
- Experience managing global, enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting operations.
- Experience working with external System Integrators and consulting partners.
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred: Experience leading Fortune 500 ERP transformation programs.
- Preferred: Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications.
- Preferred: PMP, Agile, SAFe, or related certifications.
- Preferred experience with Oracle Financials Cloud, Oracle EPM Cloud, data migration and governance, ERP integrations and enterprise architecture, change management and organizational adoption, and finance modernization initiatives.
- Preferred: MBA or advanced degree.
