The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing enterprise technology initiatives involving Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, General Ledger/Accounting, or Asset Management, with SAP project/program management experience highly preferred.

This role requires a hands-on, collaborative leader who can effectively manage project scope, schedule, resources, risks, dependencies, vendors, and executive communications while working in an Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all phases of one or more complex IT projects from initiation through implementation and closure.

  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams, technical resources, business stakeholders, vendors, and third-party partners.

  • Develop and maintain project charters, project plans, resource plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, status reports, and other project management deliverables.

  • Manage project scope, priorities, tasks, dependencies, quality, milestones, and commitments to ensure successful delivery.

  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.

  • Ensure completion of required risk, security, architecture, disaster recovery, ROI, compliance, and other project assessments.

  • Facilitate project team meetings, executive reviews, steering committee meetings, and workshops; document decisions, action items, and follow-ups.

  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure product backlogs are appropriately prioritized, refined, and ready for upcoming sprints.

  • Facilitate and support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile workshops.

  • Coach and mentor Scrum teams toward becoming more self-directed, transparent, collaborative, and effective in decision-making and conflict resolution.

  • Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.

  • Develop and execute corrective action plans when projects deviate from approved scope, schedule, quality, or commitments.

  • Maintain a centralized and well-organized project documentation repository.

  • Ensure project deliverables comply with organizational standards, governance requirements, processes, and project lifecycle methodology.

  • Prepare projects for applicable stage-gate and governance reviews and ensure required approvals are obtained.

  • Develop and maintain project/program dashboards, KPIs, metrics, and executive reporting.

  • Provide accurate, timely, transparent, and concise project status updates to stakeholders and all appropriate levels of management.

  • Drive effective project communications and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of meaningful project management experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex, enterprise-level, cross-functional IT or technology projects.

  • Demonstrated experience managing IT Finance projects, preferably involving one or more of the following:

    • Supply Chain

    • Fixed Assets / Asset Management

  • Strong experience working in Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall project environments.

  • Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools, including:

    • Jira

    • Confluence

    • JQL

    • Jira Dashboards

  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT/project management platforms.

  • Strong project planning, execution, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, follow-up, and follow-through.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced and changing environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Sciences, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
