Role OverviewThe Director, Technology Delivery plays a critical role in advancingCoca-Cola'sDigital Transformation by ensuring the consistent,high-qualitydelivery of digital and technology products that drive measurable business outcomes. This role bridges strategy and execution, translating digital priorities into scalable, reliable, andvalue-driventechnology deployments across functions and operating units.
Operating within aproduct-centricanddomain alignedmodel, this leaderis responsible fororchestrating delivery across complex,cross-functionalinitiatives, ensuring alignment to enterprise standards, data and technology architecture, and transformationobjectives. Success in this role requires a balance of execution excellence, stakeholder partnership, and the ability to embed agile,data-drivenways of working that accelerate value realization.
This role partners closely with product leaders, digital domain teams, global technology teams, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions at scale, while continuously improving delivery models, governance, and performance visibility.

- Translate strategic digital roadmaps into executable delivery plans, aligningcross-functionalteams around clear priorities, milestones, and success metrics
- Drive adoption ofproduct-centric, agile, and DevOps delivery practices, embedding continuous improvement, speed, and accountability into technology execution
- Orchestrate delivery across multiple teams, vendors, and geographies, managing dependencies, risks, and interconnections to enable seamless execution at scale
- Partner with product, data, and business leaders to ensure solutions areuser-centric,data-enabled, and aligned with enterprise architecture and platform strategies
- Establish and maintain delivery governance frameworks, including performance tracking, issue resolution, and escalation management to ensure transparency and accountability
- Leverage data, analytics, andAI-enabledinsights to continuously improve delivery performance, optimize resource allocation, and enhance decision-making
- Ensure technology solutions meet security, compliance, and quality standards, aligning with enterprise risk and governance requirements
- Build strong relationships across Digital, Functions, and Operating Units to enable collaboration and drive adoption of delivered solutions
- Develop and mentor delivery teams, fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning aligned to Digital Transformation goals
Education- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in technology delivery, program management, or digital implementation roles within complex, global organizations
- Proven experience leadinglarge-scaledigital or technology delivery initiatives, with demonstrated impact on business performance and transformation outcomes
- Strong understanding of agile,product-centric, and DevOps delivery models, with experience implementing these practices in enterprise environments
- Experience working across digital, data, and technology domains, with the ability to align delivery to enterprise architecture and platform strategies
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex,cross functionalprograms with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and competing priorities
- High level of digital fluency, including familiarity with data platforms, artificial intelligence use cases, and modern technology ecosystems
- Strong analytical andproblem-solvingskills, with the ability to use data to drivedecision-makingand performance improvement
- Experience driving organizational change and adoption, embedding new ways of working and delivery excellence
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
