Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Intermediate QA Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in testing CRM ecosystems, specifically focusing on marketing automation, customer journeys, and Salesforce environments. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of end-to-end marketing campaigns, including email triggers, push notifications, and complex Salesforce configurations.Key Responsibilities: CRM & Salesforce Testing: Execute end-to-end testing of CRM workflows, focusing on Salesforce configurations, data integrity, and campaign management. Campaign Testing: Validate marketing campaigns across multiple channels, specifically testing the accuracy and delivery of email marketing and push notification triggers.Quality Assurance: Conduct functional, UI/UX, and regression testing to ensure software quality throughout the development lifecycle. Collaboration: Partner with product managers and business analysts to translate complex business requirements into detailed test scenarios and test cases. Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with development teams to ensure prompt resolution. Risk Assessment: Prioritize testing efforts based on risk and business impact to optimize resource utilization.Process Improvement: Contribute to the refinement of QA methodologies and maintain high levels of test coverage. Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in software testing, with a strong focus on CRM systems and Salesforce QA. Technical Proficiency:Proficiency in testing email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or similar).Experience testing push notifications and multi-channel campaign flows.Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM objects, workflows, and data structures. Testing Methodologies: Solid grasp of QA methodologies, including functional testing, integration testing, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster a collaborative environment and mentor junior team members.Agile Mindset: Mandatory experience working within an Agile/Scrum development environment
