Summary
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience as a BA working on SalesForce CRM, drafting requirements for CRM platform with knowledge of sales cycles/ pipelines/ sales funnel etc.
- Strong experience of managing CRM data preferably with financial services firm.
- Experience of working on InvestorFlow application. ( ) would be an added advantage.
- Strong SQL and XLS skills (Look up, VB Macros) preferably with exposure to python for data analytics.
- Excellent communication skills should be able to work independently with business users.
