Job Title: Java Production Support Engineer
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Duration: 6 Months + Extension
Bill Rate : $88/hr.

Must Have Skills and JD
- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture.
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Java-based applications, including incident, problem, and change management activities.
- Analyze application logs, troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement permanent fixes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business, Development, QA, Infrastructure, and DevOps teams.
- Participate in application deployments, releases, patching activities, and post-deployment validations.
- Monitor application health, performance, and availability using monitoring tools.
- Work with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and distributed systems.
- Develop automation scripts using Shell/Python to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to SLA, security, compliance, and operational standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities.
