We're hiring a Lead Salesforce Engineer to join a high-performing team responsible for building scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions using modern Salesforce technologies, AI capabilities, and advanced integration patterns.
Responsibilities:
Lead solution architecture and technical design discussions
Drive end-to-end Salesforce engineering initiatives
Build scalable applications using Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, and Platform Events
Design enterprise integrations with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
Mentor engineers and establish engineering best practices
Lead code reviews, design reviews, and technical documentation efforts
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions Required Skills:
