The ideal candidate should be capable of leading technical discussions, working directly with business stakeholders, and guiding offshore/onshore development teams while delivering scalable Salesforce solutions.

- Strong solution design and architecture knowledge.
- Experience leading onsite/offshore teams.
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
- Salesforce certifications are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical design and solution implementation.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Guide development teams and conduct code reviews.
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Coordinate onsite and offshore teams.
- Ensure delivery quality and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Resolve technical challenges and support production issues.
