- 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data warehousing, or enterprise data management roles.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience designing and supporting Snowflake or comparable cloud-based data platforms.
- Expert-level knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM), data governance, data quality frameworks, and enterprise data architecture principles.
- Extensive experience designing dimensional data models, including Star and Snowflake schemas, for large-scale analytics environments.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for developing scalable data engineering solutions, automation workflows, and data pipelines.
- Strong experience implementing Snowflake security controls, including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), data masking, and governance best practices.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems and data sources, including CRM platforms such as Salesforce and other operational applications.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based analytics architectures, business intelligence platforms, and enterprise reporting environments.
- Demonstrated ability to develop technical roadmaps and align data strategy with broader business objectives.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with experience influencing executives, business leaders, and technical teams.
