Manufacturing Technical Manager
Location: Portsmouth, NH
The Manufacturing Technical Manager plays a key role in ensuring production readiness, supporting manufacturing teams, and driving continuous improvement. You will collaborate across functions to deliver high-quality products and help bring life-saving therapies to patients.

What you will do: You support production readiness and ensure smooth execution of manufacturing campaigns
You lead technical planning for technology transfers, capital projects, and continuous improvement initiatives
You collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process, equipment, and documentation challenges
You analyze issues using root cause methods and implement preventive solutions
You maintain and improve process documentation, including SOPs and troubleshooting guides
You coach and guide team members to strengthen technical and operational capabilities
You support audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards
What we are looking for: Bachelor?s degree in a science-related field or equivalent experience
Experience working in a GMP manufacturing environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience leading projects, initiatives, or teams
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
