Summary

Manufacturing Services Associate Level I

Based in Portsmouth, NH, you will play a critical role in supporting our cGMP manufacturing production suites. By ensuring our manufacturing areas are fully stocked, maintained, and ready for production, you will directly contribute to the safe and efficient creation of life-changing therapies on a 6-month contract.

This is a fully site?based role. Working together in person supports close, real?time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

What you will do:

  • Support daily cGMP manufacturing operations by proactively ensuring production suites are fully stocked with raw materials and essential consumables.

  • Assemble, safely clean, and autoclave manufacturing parts, delivering prepared assemblies directly to active production areas.

  • Perform routine daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance and sanitization of analytical equipment and specialized production rooms.

  • Maintain highly accurate written and electronic records in strict accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

  • Execute precise material movements into, out of, and across the production facility to keep manufacturing timelines on track.

  • Collaborate seamlessly with manufacturing teams, participating in shift exchanges and proactively communicating non-routine events to supervisors.


What we are looking for:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate?s or Bachelor?s degree in a science-related discipline is highly preferred.

  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to safely assemble parts and operate automated process equipment following detailed procedures.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, paired with a meticulous attention to detail for maintaining rigorous regulatory documentation.

  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a proven ability to actively seek out, receive, and apply constructive feedback.

  • Dedication to quality and safety, with the ability to maintain strict aseptic techniques and cross-contamination awareness in a highly regulated environment.

  • Ability to fulfill the physical demands of an active production floor setting, which includes continuous walking and standing, regular cleanroom gowning, frequent bending, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
