Job Title: Strategic Operations Associate II
Location: Portsmouth, NH, (On-site)
As a Strategic Operations Associate II, you will support manufacturing operations through project leadership, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration. Working closely with Manufacturing, MSAT, Quality, Engineering, Validation, and Project Management teams, you will help drive operational readiness, solve technical challenges, and improve manufacturing processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing technical problem-solving with project ownership while contributing to the production of life-changing therapies.
This role follows a Monday through Friday standard business hours schedule.

What you will do:
- Lead and support projects focused on process improvements, operational readiness, and manufacturing efficiency
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, KPIs, and change control activities
- Analyze manufacturing processes and equipment to identify opportunities for improvement
- Support investigations related to manufacturing events, quality issues, and operational challenges
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Validation, and MSAT teams to achieve project goals
- Support technical transfers and departmental readiness activities for new campaigns and processes
- Participate in risk assessments and help drive CAPA actions to completion
- Review and support manufacturing documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, batch records, and change requests
- Support equipment implementation, commissioning activities, and small equipment procurement projects
- Train and support manufacturing teams on new processes, procedures, and operational improvements
What we are looking for:
- High school diploma ? or equivalent required; Bachelor\'s degree in a scientific, engineering, manufacturing, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality, engineering, or a related industry
- Experience working in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment
- Experience leading or supporting projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, change controls, investigations, CAPAs, and quality systems
- Strong technical writing, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with SAP or similar business systems is preferred
