In this senior manufacturing position, you will provide technical expertise, support operational excellence, and help drive continuous improvement within our manufacturing operations. Schedule:

• Shift: Rotational Day Shift (7:00 AM ? 7:00 PM)

• Pattern: 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off (repeating cycle)

• Weekend shifts include additional pay.

What you will do:

• Act as a subject matter expert for manufacturing processes and equipment within your area of expertise.

• Support the safe and compliant execution of manufacturing operations in a GMP environment.

• Partner with customer and internal teams to support technical transfer and process implementation.

• Train, mentor, and support manufacturing colleagues on new equipment, systems, and processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

• Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, systems, and process challenges to maintain operational excellence.

• Support production documentation, electronic batch record review, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma required; Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in a science-related field preferred.

• Significant experience in manufacturing, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or another regulated environment.

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience supporting process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

• Ability to work effectively across teams and build strong working relationships.

• Commitment to safety, quality, compliance, and continuous learning.
