Job Description:We are seeking a Clinical EMR Configuration Analyst with strong clinical systems experience to support EMR configuration, QA, conversion workflows, and healthcare transformation initiatives, with a focus on WellSky implementations. This consulting role will play a key part in guiding clients through EMR conversion programs, ensuring configuration accuracy, driving process improvements, and collaborating across clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and consulting skills, stakeholder management capabilities, excellent communication, and the ability to think critically in fast-paced Agile environments while delivering measurable business value.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Partner with client stakeholders to assess current-state clinical workflows, identify process improvement opportunities, and align EMR solutions with business objectives.
- Lead and support EMR configuration activities, ensuring alignment with clinical best practices, compliance requirements, and organizational transformation goals.
- Provide consulting support for WellSky conversion and implementation programs, including solution design validation, configuration governance, and deployment readiness.
- Facilitate requirements discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and solution design sessions to translate business needs into scalable EMR configurations.
- Drive quality assurance activities, including test strategy development, defect triage, validation planning, and client sign-off support.
- Advise clients on optimizing clinical workflows, operational efficiency, and user adoption through effective utilization of WellSky and related healthcare technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical SMEs, business leaders, technical architects, and operations teams to deliver end-to-end transformation outcomes.
- Leverage Azure DevOps to manage project backlogs, user stories, defects, testing artifacts, and delivery tracking while ensuring adherence to project governance standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide consulting recommendations to improve delivery processes, team effectiveness, and project outcomes.
- Prepare and present executive-level status reports, risk assessments, solution recommendations, and implementation progress updates to client and leadership teams.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, providing proactive recommendations to ensure successful program delivery.
- Develop and maintain client-facing documentation including business requirements, solution design documents, process flows, gap assessments, and implementation roadmaps.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by providing industry insights, healthcare technology best practices, and strategic recommendations for EMR transformation initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:- 10+ years of experience delivering clinical EMR configuration, implementation, and optimization solutions within healthcare organizations, with a strong understanding of clinical operations and patient care workflows.
- 5+ years of WellSky EMR experience (preferred), including solution design, configuration, implementation support, and post-deployment optimization initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business and system challenges, identify root causes, and develop practical, client-focused solutions.
- Strong executive, stakeholder, and client-facing communication skills, with the ability to effectively facilitate workshops, present recommendations, and influence decision-making.
- Proven track record of applying critical thinking, strategic problem-solving, and consulting best practices to drive successful healthcare transformation outcomes.
- 7+ years of experience leveraging Azure DevOps for Agile project delivery, requirements management, test coordination, defect tracking, and release governance.
- 10+ years of experience working in Agile environments, supporting large-scale healthcare implementations, system enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Extensive experience partnering with business, clinical, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution approaches, and translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple client priorities, deliverables, and project workstreams while maintaining a high standard of quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Experience serving as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic recommendations, industry best practices, and guidance on healthcare technology adoption and process improvement.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is
($50-$52.50/hour). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate''s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
