Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives within the life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or clinical research industry.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of technical project/program management experience in life sciences, biotech, pharma, clinical research technology, or a related field.
Strong technical understanding of several technologies such as Veeva Vault, Seqera/Nextflow, Dagster, Illumina BaseSpace, Posit Connect/Workbench, SAS, AWS, or IT infrastructure.
Ability to understand YAML, configuration-as-code, pipeline manifests, Git, and version-controlled technical artifacts.
Working knowledge of GxP, Computer System Validation (CSV), data integrity, and regulated environments.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, proactively manage priorities, anticipate risks, and stay ahead of deliverables.
Bachelor''s degree in Life Sciences, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in molecular biology, genomics, bioinformatics, or wet-lab research.
Experience with NGS/bioinformatics workflows, HPC, AWS/cloud environments, AI/ML projects, Python/R, or containerized environments.
Familiarity with pharmacovigilance, clinical data management, EDC/CDMS, data transfers, and reconciliation.
PMP, CSM, SAFe, or comparable certification.
