Summary

Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong experience in ETL processes, data quality, and SQL to support data validation and ETL control testing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience analyzing data, writing complex SQL queries, and validating ETL workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Validate and test ETL processes and ETL controls.
Perform data quality analysis and identify data discrepancies.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data validation and reporting.
Analyze large datasets to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve data issues.
Support data testing, reconciliation, and reporting activities.

Required Skills

Strong experience with ETL processes and data quality testing.
Advanced SQL skills, including writing complex queries.
Experience with Python for data analysis and automation.
Working knowledge of Alteryx.
Experience testing ETL controls and validating data pipelines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain.
AML (Anti-Money Laundering) experience is a strong plus.

Location

Remote (Candidates located on the U.S. East Coast are preferred).
