Summary

At a high level, we are looking for... someone with SAP background but who knows when to flex between "big picture" and "detailed execution plans".

As far as what we are looking for specifically:

someone who has experience leading projects and programs in the SAP / ERP space (prefer SAP specific experience, but if they have strong ERP with another platform, would consider it)
strong project / program leadership (someone who gets the big picture and can also manage the project schedule and details)
able to jump in and hit the ground running; takes initiative and can help manage finicky/challenging stakeholder expectations
Manage a project in Germany(which is ramping up now). There is another PM and between the two, will need to manage 1 - 2 country projects over the next year or so.
Also able to take over program management aspects, including monthly financials once established, assisting PMs with stage gates and escalations, and managing 1 to 2 country projects.)
