Remote Opportunity

Job Summary :

We are seeking an HCM/UKG Implementation Specialist to support the configuration, deployment, and ongoing optimization of UKG solutions. This role works closely with HR, payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into reliable system configurations and workflows.

Key responsibilities:

Configure and implement UKG modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Timekeeping, Benefits, Recruiting, or Talent.
Gather requirements and document business processes, configurations, and decisions.
Support data conversion, integrations, testing, issue resolution, and production readiness.
Coordinate user acceptance testing and validate payroll and employee data.
Train system administrators and end users.
Troubleshoot application, workflow, security-role, and reporting issues.
Recommend process and system improvements following implementation.

Qualifications:

Experience implementing or administering UKG Pro, UKG Ready, or UKG Workforce Management.
Working knowledge of HR, payroll, timekeeping, and workforce-management processes.
Experience with configuration, data validation, testing, reporting, and integrations.
Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to manage priorities and work independently in a project-based environment.

UKG certification and prior consulting or multi-client implementation experience are preferred
