Cloud Center of Excellence (CCOE) Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Center of Excellence (CCOE) Implementation Specialist to lead cloud transformation initiatives, establish cloud governance and best practices, and drive enterprise-wide cloud adoption. The ideal candidate will have strong IT leadership, project management, organizational change management, and cloud training experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and adoption of Cloud Center of Excellence (CCOE) frameworks across the organization.
• Develop and implement cloud governance, standards, policies, and best practices.
• Lead cloud transformation projects and coordinate activities across technology and business teams.
• Drive enterprise cloud adoption by working with infrastructure, security, application, and business stakeholders.
• Develop cloud adoption strategies, operating models, processes, and governance frameworks.
• Lead organizational change management initiatives to support cloud transformation.
• Develop and deliver cloud training, awareness, and enablement programs for technical and business teams.
• Establish processes for measuring cloud adoption, governance maturity, and transformation progress.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and executive communications.
• Build strong relationships across teams and manage competing priorities through effective communication and diplomacy.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT leadership and/or project management, preferably focused on cloud transformation.
• 3+ years of experience in cloud governance, cloud best practices, and enterprise cloud adoption.
• 2+ years of experience in organizational change management and cloud training/enablement.
• Strong understanding of cloud governance, operating models, adoption frameworks, and transformation strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and diplomatic skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience establishing or implementing a Cloud Center of Excellence (CCOE).
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments.
• Knowledge of cloud governance frameworks and FinOps practices.
• Experience with enterprise cloud adoption and organizational change methodologies.
• Cloud certifications such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud are a plus.
