Summary

Position: ServiceNow Technical Architect

100% Remote

Hiring: W2 Contract

Key Responsibilities

Define target-state ServiceNow architecture and implementation roadmap.
Lead architecture workshops and technical design reviews.
Establish platform standards, governance, and best practices.
Provide oversight for ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, integrations, Data Migration, Employee Center, and Virtual Agent implementation.
Review migration approach, data architecture, and deployment strategy.
Validate scalability, security, performance, and maintainability considerations.
Support technical risk assessment and mitigation planning.
Review and approve technical design documents and deployment plans.
Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and transition activities.

Required Experience:

12+ years of ServiceNow experience.
5+ years as ServiceNow Architect or Lead Architect.
Experience with enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
Strong experience across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Integrations, Data Migration, Employee Center, and Virtual Agent.
Experience in ServiceNow instance separation or platform migration programs.
Experience engaging executive and senior customer stakeholders.

Preferred Certifications

ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (Highly Preferred)
ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (Preferred)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Discovery
