Job Description: Seeking a senior Grants Management Contractor to guide design and implementation of a modern grant management platform. The role focuses on migrating grant activities, optimizing workflows, and enforcing federal and industry best practices. You'll partner with subject matter experts to map and streamline the full grant lifecycle, develop system configurations, and document policies, procedures, and training materials. You will also provide status updates, risk assessments, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful platform adoption and ongoing improvements.
- Expertise in the grants management lifecycle and enterprise-grade grant management software
- Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and migrating to grant management platforms
- Strong background in process improvement, change management, and project management
- Proficient in grant accounting, budgeting, reporting, and related workflows
- Ability to document decisions, develop policies/procedures, and train staff
