We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer – Full Stack to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications built on Java and Spring Boot, with strong API-led integration using MuleSoft. The role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership — guiding a team of developers, enforcing best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end technical delivery, ensuring adherence to architecture, design, and coding standards.
• Design and develop scalable back-end services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot within a microservices architecture.
• Architect and implement API-led integration solutions leveraging MuleSoft (Mule 4, Any point Studio, API Manager, Data Weave).
• Provide hands-on development support and technical direction throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Mentor and guide developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, resolve roadblocks, and provide innovative solutions. Required Skills
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and RESTful API development.
• Hands-on experience designing and building integrations using MuleSoft (Mule 4, Data Weave 2.0, API-led connectivity, connectors).
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, API gateways, and event-driven design.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, data modeling, and query optimization.
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and DevOps practices.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
