job summary:

We are seeking an AI-Enabled Java Full Stack Engineering Lead to join our engineering team in Sunnyvale, CA. In this role, you will lead technical delivery from concept to production, architecting scalable full-stack applications while integrating modern Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions into enterprise platforms.

responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy robust full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and modern frontend frameworks (React or Angular).
• Architect and integrate AI capabilities, including intelligent agents, automated workflows, recommendation engines, and GenAI solutions.
• Develop reusable enterprise accelerators, services, and APIs to elevate software delivery speed and quality across teams.
• Lead rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept initiatives to evaluate emerging technologies and real-world AI application patterns.
• Promote engineering excellence by leveraging AI-assisted development tools, automated testing, robust CI/CD practices, and observability.

qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in Java software engineering and full-stack application development.

5+ years of hands-on experience with Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and RESTful API design.

Demonstrated hands-on experience developing or integrating AI/Generative AI solutions and workflow automation.

Strong knowledge of modern software engineering practices, testing frameworks, and continuous integration pipelines.

Ability to work independently in a hybrid model (3 days per week on-site in Sunnyvale, CA).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.

Familiarity with gRPC protocols and enterprise observability frameworks.

Proven experience building reusable software frameworks or developer platform tools.
