Job Title: Software Engineering - Full Stack Developer
Location: Wilmington, DE
Duration: 5 month contract, potential to convert
Pay Range: $50-$54/hr (W2)

Job Description
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end web application development, Agile delivery, and modern CI/CD practices and a proven ability to design, build, test, deploy, and maintain secure, resilient software.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full stack applications.
- Apply Agile methodologies within a common framework to deliver increments.
- Implement CI/CD, TDD, cloud-native patterns, security, and resiliency practices.
- Collaborate across analysis, development, testing, deployment, and support functions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in full stack development and multiple design techniques.
- Working proficiency with toolsets for build, test, deployment, monitoring, and improvement.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies within at least one framework.
- Knowledge of CI, CD, TDD, cloud development, application resiliency, and application security.
- Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages.
- Understanding of software engineering disciplines including analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and improvement.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with public cloud platforms and infrastructure automation.
- Background in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and backlog management tools.
