Job Title: Java Technical Lead w/ ATG
Required Skills:
- Good retail domain experience & leading team
- 10+ years of experience in software development.
- 4+ years of proven experience leading development teams.
- Strong coding skills in Java and hands-on development experience with Spring Boot Microservices.
- Proven experience designing and developing scalable, secure, and resilient applications.
- Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) services and cloud-native application development.
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL database design, optimization, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong code review, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
- Experience with automated testing using Cucumber or similar frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Version Control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of application monitoring, logging, and performance analysis tools.
- Mandatory experience in Retail Commerce/eCommerce domain.
- Strong understanding of retail business processes including Catalog, Pricing, Promotions, Cart, Checkout, and Order Management.
- Experience integrating applications with Loyalty, Rewards, CRM, Martech, Payment, and SaaS platforms.
- Ability to take ownership from requirements gathering through production deployment and support.

Duration: 6+ Months
