Summary

Job Title: Java Full Stack Technical Lead (Azure, React, AI/DevOps)
Location: New Jersey, NJ or Cary, NC (Onsite/Hybrid as per client requirement)
Experience: 12+ Years
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of enterprise full-stack applications.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements.
  • Drive solution architecture and technical design for complex enterprise systems.
  • Lead Agile Scrum teams and ensure successful sprint delivery.
  • Perform code reviews, design reviews, and enforce coding best practices.
  • Coordinate with global onshore/offshore teams for seamless project execution.
  • Manage production support, enhancements, and continuous improvements.
  • Drive DevOps adoption, CI/CD automation, and cloud-native development.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, including AI/ML and Generative AI.
 
Required Technical Skills:
  • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
  • Hands-on experience with React JS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Boards, Repos)
  • Strong knowledge of GitHub Enterprise, branching strategies, and version control
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native application development
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, and Integration Patterns
  • Exposure to Generative AI, AI/ML tools, GitHub Copilot, or AI-assisted development
 
Leadership Skills:
  • Agile/Scrum delivery experience
  • Technical leadership and team mentoring
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working with distributed global teams
 
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with AI-based coding tools (GitHub Copilot, LLMs)
  • Insurance or Financial Services domain experience.
