A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a “Lead Java Developer”

Position type: Full-time Contract (W2)
Role: Lead Java Developer
Duration: 6+ months Contract
Location : Cincinnati, OH (Onsite role)

Primary Skill Required for the Role:

Overall minimum 7 years of experience as Java/J2EE Developer
Must have Pharmacy Benefits Management experience.
Must have strong experience on JavaScript.
Must have experience on Azure.
Must have Multi Cloud Solution Designer experience.
Must have Healthcare experience.

Details:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level applications and solutions.
Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and delivery.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and architects to define technical requirements and solution strategies.
Drive architecture solutioning for cloud-based and enterprise applications, primarily within the Azure ecosystem.
Contribute hands-on development in Java and support front-end or integration efforts where JavaScript knowledge is beneficial.
Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
Support modernization initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across systems and applications.
Mentor team members and promote strong engineering standards.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have: Pharmacy Benefits Management, JavaScript, Azure, Multi Cloud Solution Designer, Healthcare.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $60 - $65/- per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate''s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
