Job Summary:

The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team in the development and implementation of Java applications, MuleSoft integration solutions, and utilizing GitHub for version control. The role involves overseeing technical projects, ensuring code quality, and providing technical guidance to team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of java based applications.

Design, develop, and maintain MuleSoft integration solutions to meet business requirements.

Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and understand technical requirements.

Implement best practices for code reviews, continuous integration, and deployment using GitHub.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to java, MuleSoft, and other technologies.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in java, MuleSoft, and github.

Skill Requirements:

Proficiency in java programming for developing scalable and high-performance applications.

Handson experience with MuleSoft for designing apis, integrations, and data mappings.

Strong understanding of version control systems, particularly github, for code management.

Knowledge of software development lifecycle (sdlc) methodologies and best practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Good communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead technical teams.
