Responsibilities
- Drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications using Java, microservices architecture, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Provide technical leadership and hands-on development expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and frontend technologies like Angular or React.
- Develop and design RESTful APIs and microservices for enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
- Mentor team members to build scalable, maintainable, and high-quality code.
- Implement best practices in CI/CD, security, and performance optimization.
- Lead architecture and roadmap discussions for backend and frontend systems.
- Ensure thorough testing, automation, and defect resolution across the stack.
- Oversee integration and ensure seamless end-to-end system functionality.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience developing enterprise applications with Java / J2EE / Spring ecosystem.
- Strong experience in full stack development, including backend (Java, Spring Boot) and frontend (Angular, React, or similar frameworks).
- Proficiency in designing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Experience with modern UI technologies such as Angular (2+), React, or Vue.js, along with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker), Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture using Kafka or similar systems.
- Experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of application security, OAuth/JWT, and secure coding practices.
- Proven leadership, mentoring, and team collaboration skills in Agile environments.
