Program Background :
Client is implementing Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) and Manhattan Active Order Management (MAO) as strategic platforms within its global NEXTGEN transformation program.
The program aims to establish a scalable, reusable global solution template incorporating client and industry best practices, enabling deployments across a diverse portfolio of customers, sectors and geographies.
The global template is continuously developed and enhanced to support common warehouse and order management processes while accommodating justified customer- and region-specific requirements.
Client is industrializing its configuration and development capabilities through a Global IT Center of Excellence, supported by centralized design governance, configuration standards, automated testing and DevOps practices.
Engagement Model :
Client is seeking experienced Functional Template Consultants specializing in Manhattan Active Order Management (MAO) to strengthen its Global IT Center of Excellence through a staff augmentation model.
External consultants will be fully integrated into client s existing organization, working alongside internal Functional Architects, Product Owners, configuration specialists, developers, QA engineers and implementation teams.
The consultants will:
- Operate as an extension of client s Global IT Center of Excellence, under client s functional direction, priorities and delivery governance.
- Perform hands-on configuration, maintenance and enhancement of client s global Manhattan Active OMS template.
- Follow established functional designs, architecture principles, configuration guardrails, testing standards and deployment processes.
- Support implementation teams with configuration expertise, troubleshooting and knowledge transfer.
- Contribute to improving the efficiency, quality and repeatability of template configuration and deployment.
Role Description:
The Functional Template Consultant OMS is responsible for the hands-on configuration, maintenance, testing and continuous improvement of client s global Manhattan Active OMS template.
The role requires strong practical knowledge of Manhattan Active Order Management configuration, order lifecycle management and the tools used to manage, validate and deploy system configuration.
Working from approved functional designs and template requirements, the consultant translates business functionality into standardized, reusable and maintainable Manhattan Active OMS configuration.
The consultant must understand the end-to-end order management lifecycle, from order capture and validation through fulfillment orches.
