Role Summary

The ITONICS Functional Configuration Consultant will translate business and innovation-management requirements into a secure, scalable, and supportable ITONICS solution. The role combines hands-on ITONICS configuration and administration with functional consulting, process design, testing, training, migration, and stakeholder coordination.

Required Experience

• 8 10 years of overall professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with ITONICS.
• Experience with ITONICS implementation, configuration, and migration from legacy idea-management platforms.
• Strong understanding of innovation and idea-management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements-gathering and process-design workshops with business stakeholders.
• Analyze existing idea-management processes and define a standardized innovation-management framework.
• Configure ITONICS workspaces, templates, content types, fields, forms, and page layouts.
• Configure idea submission, evaluation, prioritization, approval, and stage-gate workflows.
• Establish evaluation criteria, weighted scoring models, reviews, voting, decision gates, and workflow assignments.
• Configure user roles, groups, permissions, private workspaces, and access controls.
• Configure dashboards, portfolio views, boards, reports, notifications, reminders, and business-facing views.
• Support testing, training, deployment, and migration activities.
• Maintain configuration specifications, decision records, and configuration traceability across development, test, and production environments.
• Coordinate with business, IT, security, migration, and ITONICS product teams to ensure successful implementation.

Education : At least a bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required for the project
