Summary

In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team delivering large-scale order-management transformation projects across multiple regions. The position requires hands-on OMS expertise, solid understanding of commerce integrations, and practical delivery leadership. You will guide system design, integration, and rollout activities across key domains such as order lifecycle, inventory, returns, and fulfillment orchestration. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end OMS delivery for multi-region commerce transformation programs Coordinate the design, configuration, and rollout of an enterprise OMS platform Manage development priorities, timelines, and dependencies across teams and vendors Collaborate with product, architecture, and delivery leads to define project scope and technical approach Integrate OMS with commerce, payment, warehouse, logistics, and customer-service systems Oversee implementation of order lifecycle processes, returns, refunds, and pre-order workflows Ensure consistency of architectural standards, quality assurance, and technical documentation Support feature planning, sprint execution, and release management processes Mentor team members on functional and technical OMS practices Perform issue triage, risk mitigation, and status reporting during rollout phases Requirements 8+ years of overall software-engineering or commerce-platform experience, including hands-on OMS delivery work Proven background in leading or coordinating complex order-management implementations Strong understanding of ecommerce ecosystems and integration patterns Experience implementing OMS solutions involving marketplace, warehouse, and logistics systems Knowledge of order lifecycle management, inventory orchestration, and returns processing Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architectural principles Experience working with distributed teams and agile delivery structures Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and manage delivery governance Excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar discipline Nice to have Experience with Fluent OMS, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or other enterprise OMS solutions Familiarity with tax, invoice, and customer-communication process flows Knowledge of regional fulfillment and multi-market rollout strategies Experience supporting vendor transition or replatforming programs Exposure to warehouse and supply-chain optimisation systems
